Free shipping on any order of 3 or more pouches. Below that, our rates are:

Delivery times are business days and start once your order ships. Swedish orders go tracked to your door. Outside Sweden, standard shipping is an untracked letter; choose tracked shipping at checkout if you want a tracking number. Free shipping also applies automatically to any order over 820 kr.

We pack and send every order from Sweden within 1–2 business days, and email you a confirmation as soon as yours is on its way.

Orders shipped outside the EU may attract import duty or local VAT on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and paid by the recipient.

Our 30-day guarantee

Mushrooms compound over weeks, so we give you time. If you're not feeling it within 30 days, email Support@Serennutrition.com and we'll refund you in full — keep the pouch.

Returns & refunds

Start a return by emailing your order number to Support@Serennutrition.com. Approved refunds land on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
