Shipping

We craft and ship every order from Sweden. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and you'll receive tracking by email as soon as yours is on its way. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days within Sweden and 3–7 across the rest of the EU. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Our 30-day guarantee

Mushrooms compound over weeks, so we give you time. If you're not feeling it within 30 days, email Support@Serennutrition.com and we'll refund you in full — keep the pouch.

Returns & refunds

Start a return by emailing your order number to Support@Serennutrition.com. Approved refunds land on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
